It is with great pleasure to inform you that the “2023 PATA NEW YORK CHAPTER TRAVEL MART” will be held at the Grand Central Station, Vanderbilt Hall, West Wing, on 30 August 2023, from 8AM – 7PM.

For the first time, PATA New York Chapter will be able to continue its yearly Travel Mart after the pandemic. In connection with the above, we invite you to consider being one of our sponsors.

As such, our sponsorship package includes the following: –

• 6ft table, set up with your company logo and two chairs.

• One (1) year membership with PATA New York Chapter

• Acknowledgement in all our social media outlets

• Cocktail Reception

• Half a page in our souvenir program.

From 8 to 9 in the morning, the venue will be open to the public.

10 in the morning will be the ribbon cutting and encouraging speech from our guests of honor.

11 in the morning to 6 in the evening, the event will be open to both the public and the trade

7 in the evening will be the cocktail reception, attended by both suppliers and invited travel trade.

We have also invited the Mayor of the City of New York and the Governor of the State of New York, to grace the occasion, be our guests of honor, and do the ribbon cutting on 30 August 2023 at 10 in the morning.
